Autumn Cow Farm
This customer greeting card was made for my husband’s birthday in 2020.
Since he moved to Tokyo, Japan in 2019, it was his second autumn birthday in a crisp cooling weather at the end of November.
I wanted to capture the autumn air as well as cows and farming which he loves.
After learning from Rosalie Haizlett’s Skillshare class called “Watercolor Your World: A Meditative Approach to Painting Landscapes“, I took care to layer the colours and to add more details to the foreground in order to create depth to the painting.
