2018 Mother’s Day card

Mother’s Day is my mom’s favourite holiday – no pressure!

This year, instead of visiting my parents during Mother’s Day weekend, I chose to fly her a month later to Sydney so that my parents can enjoy Vivid Sydney.

Perhaps because we would be apart or just by observing what I thought about my mom – I created this for my mother for 2018 Mother’s Day.

From giant fluffy cumulonimbus to roses to eggs to pearls – so many things reminds me of her.  I knew that, but I wanted to remind her that even when we don’t see or speak with each other, she is always on my mind.
